the room we stayed in was huge and spacious, providing plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our adult daughter. It was a pleasant surprise to have a separate bedroom, giving us some privacy and comfort. The hotel itself was situated in a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still conveniently close to the tram stop. This made it easy for us to explore Dresden's attractions, including the beautiful Christmas markets. Free parking in front of the hotel was also a plus, and having a supermarket nearby made it convenient to stock up on supplies.
The breakfast was ridiculously expensive, especially considering that in most hotels it would be included in the room price. We opted to skip it and instead visited the nearby supermarket for some affordable and delicious options.

Location, quite close to the old city centre. Quiet location. Clean appartment. Free parking outside, in the hotel garage at the modest price. Nice breakfast room. Nice suite with kitchen corner.
The hotel garage is not clean enough. Payment for the internet connection. One has to pay in advance for certain time duration, and consequently, it is easy to get nervous when the time is approaching to its end. Inconvinient situation when writing emails, a business report or similar.

the location has reasonable until we found how easy it was to reach the old town by tram, then it became excellent. we could travel safely home in the evening by tams runniong every 10 minutes. There bis a big food market one stop away towards the old town. Breakfasts (extra cost) was great
No free internet access in roombut cost was v ery reasonable

Spacious room and the breakfast was decent, with plenty of options. Located not too far from the city center and it was easy to catch public transport from there.
The hotel was a bit run-down and outdated. the area around the hotel wasn't very nice, with some sketchy characters hanging around.

Room was very spacious and cleaned to a high standard; the Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall excellent value for money for the price that was charged.
Depending on how significant it is for your purposes, the Wi-Fi is very expensive and as they are promoting themselves as service apartments, this is something potential long term business residents should bear in mind.

We loved the hotel's location near the city center and the Christmas markets. It was situated in a quiet street, just a short walk or a few minutes on the tram. The convenience of the nearby tram stop made exploring this city a breeze. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast spread was delightful.
Nothing all excellent.

Our main purpose for our visit was to go to the Christmas markets. The hotel was very close to the tram stop and easy access to the markets.
The cost of the breakfast is extremely high. In most hotels this type breakfast would have been free (included in the price of the room), but here was E12 per day. The children that were travelling with us ate free, but the cost for the adults was excessive. The rooms have little kitchenettes, but we enjoy an effortless breakfast when travelling.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Dresden and I was thoroughly impressed. the value for money was exceptional. For just 70 Euros, my wife and I had a spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate seating area, and even a balcony. It felt like a home away from home. Secondly, the attention to detail was fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy, and even though the interior fittings were a bit old-fashioned, it added to the charm of the place. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly.
Everything was perfect, can't think of a single thing that could be improved.

The price for our stay at this hotel was really reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our suite had a kitchenette, which was a great bonus. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we appreciated the attention to detail. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect - located in a quiet street not far from the tram, which took us into the heart of the city in just a few minutes.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we couldn't find anything that needed improvement.
